MS strikes young people in the prime of their lives. The average age of diagnosis is only 30 years old, and there is no known cure.

Why the May50k?
Many of you know that back In April 2015, aged 27, I was dealt a card that took me on a journey I could not have imagined.
"You were given this life, because you are strong enough to live it"
May 4, 2015 I started treatment for multiple sclerosis. Fast forward to 2024 and I am living proof that with the tireless fundraising efforts with events such as the May50K, people like me can have access to the best and newest treatments around and go on to kick MS is the butt every single day!
This charity means so much to me personally and continuing to support this cause is imperative in allowing scientists to discover new treatments and one day, finding a cure to leave MS where it belongs, behind us!
Being active is one thing I no longer take for granted and I have pledged to walk 150kms in May to support and fundraise for the May50k.
