MS strikes young people in the prime of their lives. The average age of diagnosis is only 30 years old, and there is no known cure.

Gym

Fatigue

Movement
finally able to move today. went the gym for 45 minutes, got on the treadmill for 10min. then did circuit for 30 min, I only do light weights, but it’s enough to keep me moving.after having a slow week, I started slow. after I a was finished I felt so much better.![](https://d2nqjh7h1uavry.cloudfront.net/97bfa3aa7a8d585a1c0791ee6e74d687.jpg)
