OK, so this one is a bit of a stretch for the guy who has a *strong* dislike for walking let alone running, and who notoriously used to get in the car and drive to get the take-out from the joint 150m down the same street buuut here we are...

There are a lot of crap diagnoses anyone can receive, but I’m taking part in The May 50K challenge this May as this one has a very close, very real connect to a beloved Kinn & Co'er, so we are all getting involved to raise funds for life-changing research into multiple sclerosis (because KC is family as well as work).

Some info below from The May 50K group that that helps frame things but PLEASE SUPPORT ME IN RAISING CASH $s TO LEAVE MS BEHIND. Or if not for that reason, then throw money at the mere thought of me in my hellish-running-era for a whole month (sans jeans and actually in shorts) looking like a Little Athletics drop-out.

Initially I wasn't going for the whole 50km and was going to leave that to the runners and fit ones in the office, but that seemed piss weak given the circumstances so in for a penny, in for pound.
