Support my challenge to leave MS behind!

I’m taking part in The May 50K challenge this May to raise funds for life-changing research into multiple sclerosis!

MS strikes young people in the prime of their lives. The average age of diagnosis is only 30 years old, and there is no known cure.

Please make a donation and support my challenge to leave MS where it belongs, behind us.

Your donation will support research into the prevention, treatment and finding a cure for multiple sclerosis to change lives.

Thank you!

My Updates

Back into it this week …

The Half Marathon took a toll … strained right leg ligaments. But should be OK to get back into it after a lighter load last week. Hill sprints tomorrow, anyone?

Half marathon done!

The centre piece for my May50K - the Canberra Times Half Marathon - has been done! it was slow and painful, but it’s done! Hoping to do 200km in May if I can keep the injuries under control.

Up and running …

I aim to run, walk and row 200km for my May50k this year, as long as my autoimmune condition let’s me. That’s 50K a week. Doing it to honour my cousin Clare and my neice’s partner, Joseph, both of whom has MS. wonderful people. Critically important cause. Research will pave the way to a cure. Today, did 5.5km in Sydney around Rozelle Bay. Snuck it in before our MSA Board meeting!
