Support my challenge to leave MS behind!

I’m taking part in The May 50K challenge this May to raise funds for life-changing research into multiple sclerosis!

MS strikes young people in the prime of their lives. The average age of diagnosis is only 30 years old, and there is no known cure.

Please make a donation and support my challenge to leave MS where it belongs, behind us.

Your donation will support research into the prevention, treatment and finding a cure for multiple sclerosis to change lives.

Thank you!

My Trail walks

I'm not typically a runner, but have always loved to hike. The May 50K challenge provided the perfect motivation to explore new trails around Melbourne. Over the past three weekends, I've ventured into some remarkable landscapes.
3rd May – Bourke's Lookout Loop
I began the month with the Bourke's Lookout Loop in the Dandenong Ranges National Park. This 4.5 km loop is considered challenging due to its steep and rocky sections, but the panoramic views over the Dandenong Ranges and Melbourne skyline are truly rewarding .
10th May – 5K Run with Salt Run Club
Midweek, I joined the Salt Run Club for a 5K run around  Melbourne Cricket Ground. The camaraderie and energy of running alongside fellow enthusiasts added a refreshing dynamic to my predominantly hiking-focused month.
11th May – Jumping Creek Reserve to Black Flat
The following weekend, I explored the 6 km trail from Jumping Creek Reserve to Black Flat in Warrandyte State Park. This Grade 3 hike meanders along the Yarra River, offering serene river views and the chance to spot local wildlife. The trail features a mix of wide paths and narrower tracks, with some rocky areas and a few steep slopes, making it engaging .
18th May – Bob's Rock and Stephen Road Loop
Yesterday , I tackled the Bob's Rock and Stephen Road Loop near Chirnside Park. This circular trail offers a peaceful environment, winding through natural bushland with minimal foot traffic, making it ideal for a tranquil hike.
