Slow day!
rest day today, so a nice slow walk. we actually went for 5kms but my watch paused so I’m only posting what it tracked ;) it’s funny how a while ago I couldn’t make myself run. and now it’s soooo hard to just walk! all of me wanted to push harder faster and beat yesterdays stats. I am so proud and happy that I am aware of how important rest and recovery is as well as pushing hardddddd
