MS strikes young people in the prime of their lives. The average age of diagnosis is only 30 years old, and there is no known cure.

Pausing activities doesn't keep record
so I've walked just over 4kms today. they weren't all in the same walk. I paused the walk for a bit over an hour. When I started again the previous kms were lost😬😬
