MS strikes young people in the prime of their lives. The average age of diagnosis is only 30 years old, and there is no known cure.

Started to panic as I thought I may not reach my 100K target with only 4 days to go! So with the weather clearing up I got out tonight and walked just over 7K! 💋🏃🏼♀️
