no KMs recorded today as it’s a rest day for my horse and I! we had a competition yesterday and it was such a great day. we are 50kms in to our 100km goal and I’m so grateful for the support we have received so far 💕

May 6

took the day off work today, no idea where I picked this cold up from but it’s nasty. went for a wander around the neighbourhood hoping it would make me feel better. the sunshine was nice but I don’t feel any better after it sadly. hopefully tomorrow is a better day ☀️

May 5

Roo and I had a day off yesterday, she got a hair cut so technically it wasn’t a day off, and I helped my friend pull a fence down. Today we went for a nice ride and went for a walk somewhere we haven’t been able to go for ages with the bridge works. it was such a nice way to spend the arvo. I’m coming down with something so hopefully I’ll be okay 😬

May 2nd

Had a lovely ride today. It’s so nice to be back in the saddle after having a couple of weeks off and having treatment. I might have to up my goal from 50km to 100km yet, definitely already getting my kms up quick.

May 1st

had a lovely short walk on my lunch break at work, then I got home to have a short ride in the dark, been a while since I’ve had to use my reflective gear! definitely a great start to the May50K 2025
