Support my challenge to leave MS behind!

I’m taking part in The May 50K challenge this May to raise funds for life-changing research into multiple sclerosis!

MS strikes young people in the prime of their lives. The average age of diagnosis is only 30 years old, and there is no known cure.

Please make a donation and support my challenge to leave MS where it belongs, behind us.

Your donation will support research into the prevention, treatment and finding a cure for multiple sclerosis to change lives.

Thank you!

My Dedication

This May, I’ve decided to up the ante and commit to walking or running 150 kilometres over the month. Why 150K? Because I need to prove to myself I can. I feel like I have squandered my health in many respects throughout my life, and am in the process of getting myself back on track. I haven't always shown up for myself where my health is concerned, and always been more likely to show up for others in general. At least this way I get to hold myself accountable, and raise money for an important cause as well. While I don’t have a personal connection to MS, I know how many Australians do. Over 33,000 Australians live with MS - a disease where the body’s own immune system attacks the central nervous system, affecting mobility, cognition, and quality of life. Globally, more than 2.8 million people are impacted. If you'd like to support this endeavour and you have the means, please donate to the cause. Anything at all would be appreciated. Even just a hi5 and some encouragement. Big love team.
