I’m taking part in The May 50K challenge this May to raise funds for life-changing research into multiple sclerosis!
MS strikes young people in the prime of their lives. The average age of diagnosis is only 30 years old, and there is no known cure.

My Dedication
Walking & Talking, Walking & Hiking, Walking & Thinking, Walking Mindfully. Walking & listening to Podcasts & Music. Walking with Friends. During the month of May, I will walk and talk and listen to music, and look at nature and enjoy fresh air, good chats and solve all the world's problems within 50km. My amazing friend Lisa Green is my walking companion here in the Snowy Mountains. Lisa Green is a yocal local of the Monaro, she is as country as they come. Lisa has been my rock during my time here and when we meet up, we go on walk and talks... mainly because we are self-diagnosed AIP. (Ants in Pants), we cant sit still. Lisa has had quite the journey these past few years having been diagnosed with MS herself. This champion woman decides that she will tackle this auto-immune disorder head on by supporting MS Australia's 50K challenge, helping raise funds & awareness for others like her. She is so grateful to this organisation for the support they have provided her, and her family during this process. This year, I will be fundraising for MS Australia, and Lisa Green will accompany me and together we will conquer a few more km's up bush, pee behind a few boulders and create memories.
