I’m taking part in The May 50K challenge to raise funds for research into Multiple Sclerosis.
My mum, Sharon, was diagnosed with MS in 1993 and in 2012, the disease won the 19-year battle. She was such a strong and resilient woman who was my best friend, and I am proud to challenge myself to raise money in her memory. There is still no cure for MS, it is a life-changing and debilitating illness that is so heartbreaking to watch take over those you love. With your help, I hope to raise funds to aid the research that can save lives.
