First walk and run today :)

Today me and the girls walked 1km to the playground and back for my first walk. Then later today the girls jumped on their bikes which gave me time to head on a small run to the neighbours house and back after a chat lol. and headed back home with Stephens truck guiding the way in the dark. I managed to run the whole way with a few stops lol. was about 1.2km with a few run backs to bring violet upto the front.

4km down only 96km to go!

Maple and I made the most of the weather today and smashed a few kms to kickstart our month 💪

We’re gearing up for this years The May 50K to walk 100km with our (very competitive) team!🏃🏼‍♀️ Since being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis two years ago, treatment is helping keep my MS stable and allowing me to still move. This is thanks to all the hard working efforts researching the debilitating disease to create options for me and people like me. The funds raised will go toward further life-changing research into the prevention, treatment and hopefully finding a cure for MS. This could end up improving the quality of life for someone you know, someone you care about, or perhaps even you! Please donate if you can, or follow us on our journey!
