I'm 400km this month to leave MS behind
Support my challenge to leave MS behind!
I’m taking part in The May 50K challenge and will be leaving behind my limits to raise funds for life-changing research into multiple sclerosis!
Sadly, MS is commonly diagnosed in the prime of life between just 20 - 40 years old. I need your help to leave MS where it belongs, behind us. Research is the key to changing the future of MS and I’ve accepted The May 50K challenge to change lives.

Day 14 - Woolgoolga back beach to sandy beach return
Day 11 - park beach and diggersA lighter run today with another Tim. 10km of barefoot beach running including some steep headland running over to diggers beach. Definitely feeling it but was good to keep the kms ticking over.
Day 10 - Coffs jetty south on boambee beach
Day 6 - beach 20km + lazy afternoon 5km
Day 4 - Coffs creekI spent longer than I thought I would today running the tracks around Coffs Harbour creek with another Tim.
Day 3 - Woolgoolga cross country trackToday I attempted to beat my 3 lap record for the year on the local cross country track falling quite a way short on account of sore legs.
Day 2 - Woolgoolga Beach
Day 1 summary - 15km down, 385km to goWell it was a great start today with the average distance being covered to keep me on track.
Leave behind your limits for MS! I will be.During May I will be attempting to run 400km total. Those that know me know that I’m a pretty lazy runner when it comes to distance considering the events that I compete in.
