Support my challenge to leave MS behind!

This May, I’m taking part in The May 50K challenge to raise funds for life-changing research into multiple sclerosis.

MS is something close to home for me — I’ve been living with it for around 10 years, and this year I’m taking on the challenge alongside my father-in-law, Paul Coward, as part of a team effort.

Together, we’re aiming to complete 100km across the month. I’ll be working towards this through planned walks and jogs, as well as the everyday movement that adds up — the incidental steps throughout the day that keep things moving forward.

MS often strikes people in the prime of their lives, with the average age of diagnosis around 30, and there is still no known cure. I’m incredibly grateful for the treatments available and what I’m able to do, but there’s still a long way to go.

Please consider making a donation and supporting our challenge to leave MS where it belongs — behind us.

Your support helps fund vital research into prevention, better treatments, and ultimately a cure.

Thank you so much for your support.

My Updates

Choosing to Walk

I I have been getting my kilometres up by doing lots of incidental walking. I’ve been walking to the shops. And I’ve been walking to church. Every kilometre counts for this challenge.
