Hey everyone! It's DAY ONE of the May 50k. Well done for signing up, this is going to be a blast.
And a HUGE congrats to everyone who has managed to get some kms and donations in already!
Remember, even though we're doing our weekly run on Wednesdays between shows, that run will only be 3-5km, so the rest of the distance is up to you! That could be walking, running, swimming, cycling... anything you'd like!
