Morning walk

I've been looking for peace this week so on a little walk this morning I found a peaceful little floodway to sit and read my devotional. It was a good reminder that God is better at being in control than I ever am. It ended with this line "Surrender your plans to Him, and you will be glad you did", now I'm taking that as a challenge. I know I'll need His help to get through this 100km challenge and I want to start it out right 🙂

MS strikes young people in the prime of their lives. The average age of diagnosis is only 30 years old, and there is no known cure.
