Six years ago, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), a chronic condition that affects the brain and nervous system. It can cause symptoms like numbness, fatigue, dizziness, and difficulties with movement and coordination — many of which I experience daily.

Over the past 18 months, this disease has reminded me just how unpredictable it can be, reinforcing how vital ongoing research for better treatments and a cure truly is.

While my diagnosis came as a shock at 21, I’m incredibly grateful to have access to treatment and the support of my amazing family and friends, who are taking on this challenge alongside me.

This May, we’re walking 50km to help raise funds for vital MS research and to support others living with this invisible illness. Every donation, big or small, makes a difference — thank you for being part of this journey ❤️
