Gen jagt - preparing for 50k may

I have been working on improving my fitness levels ready for the May 50K. As a sufferer of 6 autoimmune disorders I know that 50K will come with its challenges but I’m determined to push my comfort zone. In the past 2 weeks I have done 3 big walks (big for me) to help prepare for May totalling 21.5K. Fingers crossed I can improve on this. Todays walk was by the ocean at sunrise

MS strikes young people in the prime of their lives. The average age of diagnosis is only 30 years old, and there is no known cure.
