Support my challenge to leave MS behind!

Well it’s that time of year again! Although this page says I’ve done the challenge for 6 years, I had used an old email address the first two years I did the challenge - so I’m actually going for 8 years this year!

I’m still deciding what - other than walking the 155km - I’ll do as part of the challenge this year. For some reason I always feel like I’ve got to up the challenge for myself -  so look out for an updated post when I’ve got it figured out!

Update to my Challenge

I've worked out - with the help of ChatGPT - what I am going to add to my 150km of walking for this challenge. As I mentioned I needed to find something that wasn't going to aggravate my heart condition. I was also keen for it to be something I hadn't done before, or already doing. See below for my weekly schedule I'll be following for the month of May -

Weekly Rotation:

  • Monday: 50-second Plank

  • Tuesday: 50-second Wall Sit

  • Wednesday: 50 Seated Leg Extensions

  • Thursday: 50 Arm Circles

  • Friday: 50 Resistance Band Reps

  • Saturday: 50-second Breathing & Body Scan

  • Sunday: 50 tricep dips.
