Support my challenge to leave MS behind!

It’s that time of year again when I take part in The May 50K challenge to raise funds for life-changing research into multiple sclerosis!

I know you all already know that I have MS and so does my dad - which makes this a cause very close to my heart. Speaking of my heart I also have a heart condition which is something I now have to consider when setting my challenge goals for this month. With this is mind, this year I am only committing to walking my 5km a day - meaning 155km for the month of may. I wish I could commit to more cardio but better to play it safe! I will also commit to doing 50 squats, 50 sit ups and 50 push ups* a day for the month of May! *full disclosure push ups may be against a wall to start with!

MS strikes young people in the prime of their lives. The average age of diagnosis is only 30 years old, and there is no known cure.

Please make a donation and support my challenge to leave MS where it belongs, behind us.

Your donation will support research into the prevention, treatment and finding a cure for multiple sclerosis to change lives.

Thank you for your continued support - it is greatly appreciated. Once again I’d love for anyone to join on one of my daily 5km strolls - the pace has slowed now with a dog in tow who sniffs and pees on everything - so let me know!!
