MS strikes young people in the prime of their lives. The average age of diagnosis is only 30 years old, and there is no known cure.

Out in nature. love the wardling of the magpie.

Nice walk from Jubilee Way playground to the dam and back

Excercise physiology treadmill

Have the lovely privelige of doing some walking after my boxing with my exercise physiologist.

Along the creek.

Did a big walk avoiding footpath works down my street. a lovely walk listening to the birds after the rains we had yesterday.

A final push uphill

Another walk with our four legged friend. The end is at the top of our hill. (ps first 50m missing from map???)

Home from MB, so got the rollator out.

Did same track as this time last week. Took my walking pal with. 🐕😃

Hydrotherapy will count to my steps. I participate in weekly sessions and it is exhausting.

At end of physio gym session taking a break following 20minute 1k treadmill.

Windy but not wet.

Walked a bit further this one.

This is so i can reach my goal. It stopped long enough to get a dry photo. Drenched by the end. 🏊 i actually didnt mind getting wet. Refreshing! 😀
