Back at it

This past week was a bit of a quieter week for me. Having been sick for what has been around 6 or 7 weeks with a cold/flu that just wouldn't go away, my body decided to add a sinus component to top things off. The pressure, pain and exploding feeling behind my eyes and in my head was insane for days, so the feet went horizontal for a few days. But I were back at it yesterday with hubby and Hugo.

Just a quick msg so you know I'm still getting out there and getting those kms up for MS. But I also don't want to bombard your feeds every day either. This morning a little tougher, my body decided to wake up at 4am, 'cause why not.. and the last couple of days have been hell with striking pain behind my right eye and my head wanting to explode if I move my head wrong. But this is so important to me and I'm forever grateful for all of you backing me to get this done. P.s today a shot of my mug so you know it is me behind those feet you see in every other video. 🙂
