Running to further the research of MS.
I am taking part in the May 50k challenge to raise funds for life-changing research into multiple sclerosis.
Many people are diagnosed with MS between 20 - 40 years old in the prime of their life. For personal reasons I am doing this as my father it has been diagnosed with MS since 2006 and has been affecting him to this day.
At the time of signing up I plan on doing the 50 kilometres over the course of 10 x 5 kilometre runs but coming closer to May I may increase the total length or strategy of completing the May 50k. I will also post updates on instagram @Liam_redmond02.
