Walk at bot gardens in castlemaine

dirt track, awesome scenery, lots of cute looking dogs. But once I drove home to BENDIGO, my legs stiffened up. but that’s the point do it for people who can’t.

Lake victoria 1.50 km per lap

mostly dirt walking track, did 3 and a bit laps waiting to start work

We are taking part in The May 50K challenge this May to raise funds for life-changing research into multiple sclerosis!

MS strikes young people in the prime of their lives. The average age of diagnosis is only 30 years old, and there is no known cure.
