Friday may 23rd

Today I walked along Currumbin Beach, then later from Palm Beach Pool on the new boardwalk to the end along the Currumbin Creek. It was such sunny weather and walking makes you feel good. I am helping Kristen to help further research into MS.

18th may

After Tai Chi I walked up to North Burleigh Surf Club and back to Burleigh Surf Club a total of 3.4kms. I’m am not far from my goal of 50km! I have raised $324 so far.

Sunday 18th may 50k walking challenge

Today was a sad day, as my son’s dachshund Chewie passed away in her sleep. I decided to go for a long walk around the neighbourhood to clear my head. I must admit I felt a lot better after my walk and hugged my dog Heidi when I came back. I also walked along the beach with Heidi.

16th may ms challenge

Walked 4kms today along the ocean way Currumbin to Tugun and it didn’t rain! I’m getting closer to my goal each time.

May 13

At last the sun came out, I walked 2.32km down at Tugun along the ocean way. Then came home and walked around the block 4.48s. total 31kms towards my goal of 50km.

I started walking today to my target of 50K - Walking to Leave MS Behind. I hope to raise money for valuable research into Multiple Sclerosis.
