Update of goal

It’s only been a week but I have been smashing the KM goal of 50 so have upped the goal to 70km. Pending no set backs - 30km to go. Next outing next Saturday along the ELEEBANA-SPEERS POINT Esplanade followed by lunch at Pippis or WBH. 10am start - join us if you like. xx

It started

May 1 started off with an easy walk followed by the big 20k Whitebridge to Belmont on Saturday 2nd via the Fernleigh Track and then back again. I was supported by Amy and John on this walk. We had fun playing along the way with an alphabet game. let’s just say there were some strange looks along the way 😂. yes I’m a little sore in the hips but I’ve got myself back out there today (3rd) and taken Luna along for an easier 2km walk around the park. I’ll continue with my shorter weekday walks and look forward to the next one with my buddies on the 16th around SPEERS POINT, WARNERS BAY, ELEEBANA esplanade. join us if you can.
