I’m taking part in The May 50K challenge this May to raise funds for life-changing research into multiple sclerosis!

MS strikes young people in the prime of their lives. The average age of diagnosis is only 30 years old, and there is no known cure.

Your donation will support research into the prevention, treatment and finding a cure for multiple sclerosis to change lives.

5 years into my confirmed diagnosis of RRMS I have had a lot of ups and downs in this journey but at present am feeling my strongest mentally and physically being the most present mum and focusing on my own wellbeing has really helped me navigate through this and the more I learn about this disease makes me realise the upmost importance for funding for research to leave MS behind and find a cure!

MS can look so different in so many people but the inside struggle is real! pain, self doubt, loss of control, brain fog, mobility, treatments, failed treatments (I’m on my third) having life dictated by Dr apts.

It hits hard both physically and mentally. I’m so grateful for the people and positivity I have in my journey and even by signing up for the challenge would be amazing too! My link is below
