Supporting MS with the Hot Mess Express!!

We are Keara, Amelia & Jessica 🧡 and together we’re the Hot Mess Express.

Keara is living with MS, Amelia is supporting her every step, and Jess has bravely joined the chaos with full knowledge of what she’s signed up for 🤣(questionable decision really… we promise she is not a hostage).

We’re spread across three states - Keara in Far North Queensland, Amelia on the NSW Mid North Coast, and Jessica bouncing between the Central Coast and Canberra. So expect plenty of walk updates, route snapshots, and goal smashing from all corners of the map.

No elite athletes here. Just three friends, a lot of kilometres, and one shared goal: to leave MS where it belongs. Behind us.
