Challenging Myself
Since I’ve been doing gym and exercising I’m going to hold myself accountable by saying that every $15 donated you can choose either a exercise to add to my workout program, increase the reps on one or two of them, or you can add a set making it 4 sets instead of 3.
I’ll even give you video evidence that’s I’ve done it!
My Why
Im walking for AliceI will be participating in “The May 50k” to raise funds for MS research. Supporting my support team! One of my main team members has MS and she put in so much effort every single day to support me and ensure my team are doing everything they can to support me in my mental health journey and this is just a small way I am able to show her my appreciation for the work that she does.
